I am using a value list with a person's affiliation. They consist of offices, commissions and committees held. I know where to go to edit the list. When I print a report it prints phantom values. There are a couple that I originally created but do not see them in the list nor are they assigned to anyone. When I print the report it shows the value with no one tied to it. How can I find this phantom data in order to delete it. Many thanks.
On further review - I think my difficulty can be in one of my three tables that are tied together. When I try to see what is in the Affiliations table I can only see one of the affiliations per person. It keeps the others hidden. If I untie the table will it ruin my layouts.
